1. Membership Application:
Please read, sign and return the Membership Application. To set up your account, and to permit rapid service once a Member, we need this basic information.

2. Tenant-Net Contract:
Please read, sign and return the Tenant-Net Contract. It details the obligations you will have upon joining Tenant-Net.

3. Access Security Agreement:
Please read, sign and return the Access Security Agreement which sets out your responsibilities under State and Federal Law when handling confidential credit information. We are happy to assist you in establishing proper security procedures once you become a member.

4. Facility Security Agreement:
Please read, sign and return the Facility Security Agreement. This notice is designed to reduce unauthorized access of consumer credit reports.

5. Notice of User's Obligations:
Please read, sign and return the Notice of User Obligations. This notice describes those additional responsibilities you will have under the Federal Fair Credit Act when you request a consumer credit report.

6. Notice of Furnishers Responsibility:
Please read, sign and return the Notice of Furnishers Responsibility. This notice describes those additional responsibilities you will have under the Federal Fair Credit Act when you submit data, reports or information to Tenant-Net for recording purposes.

7. Classic Credit Score Agreement:
Please read, sign and return the Classic Credit Score Agreement. This addendum describes certain conditions related to your receipt and use of credit scoring data and models.

8. Padzilla Membership Contract:
These terms of use supplement your Membership Agreement with Tenant-Net, Inc., and govern the use of Padzilla.Com.
