Screening tenants through Tenant-Net is made easy by the use of our pre-printed forms shown below. Proper use of these forms will assure you that you always comply with the Federal Fair Credit Act, as well as your membership agreement with Tenant-Net.

Please note the following:

• You can download and print the form below pending receipt of copies from us. Note, copies we mail will have your name and client code pre-printed on key form.
  
• You may use your own forms as part of your tenant application process, however, your potential tenant will need to sign, and you will need to forward our form. No tenant search can occur until our form is fully completed.
  
• You will receive a $3.00/$4.00 credit for each Tenant Report submitted.
  
• You must provide a Notice of Denial whenever you turn down an applicant under the Federal Fair Credit requirements.
  
• Please use our Fax Cover Sheet if possible as it speeds up our processing of your search.
