TENANTS: Have you been declined a rental unit based on your credit report, past rental history, including prior evictions, or based on a criminal record? Here’s what you need to know:

First: The landlord or property manager must provide you with a "Notice of Denial" form. This form will explain the owner’s or manager’s basis for their decision. If you did not receive such a notice, please call us at 1-800-883-2074, and we will assist you.

Second: You have consumer rights under the Federal Fair Credit Act. Click on the link below to print a summary of your consumer rights.

Third: Tenant–Net is committed to maintaining accurate rental history records. If you believe one of our records is in error, please contact us and we will promptly investigate the possible error.
