Below are our two standardized residential application forms, a long one, and a short one. Either is acceptable to us, and either can be signed by your prospective tenant. PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT CONDUCT A SEARCH UNTIL YOUR TENANT HAS AUTHORIZED ONE BY SIGNATURE. For those customer-members who have an interest in our Padzilla on-line application process, your tenants will fill out an on-line e-version of our Long Form.
